All’anagrafe Saleamlak Bassani, Solomon B è un giovane songwriter e cantante reggae, tra i più promettenti del panorama del reggae underground. Bolognese d’adozione, ma etiope di nascita, vive nel capoluogo emiliano dal 2002.
Dopo aver prodotto il primo E.P. nel 2015, Raggamuffin Sociale, è da due anni la voce dei B-Boat, band con cui ha cavalcato anche palchi importanti, in apertura a leggende della musica in levare, quali Alpha Blondy, Anthony B e Horace Andy.
One by one è una dichiarazione d’intenti: col primo singolo dal progetto insieme a Bassplate Records, Solomon B si impone sulla scena con grinta nuova e un sound più maturo, dimostrando di essere cresciuto non poco durante la breve ma intensa carriera che lo ha portato fin qui.
